Cost: $75
Equipment: Each participant should bring gym shoes or molded soccer cleats and shin guards
**Shirt only guaranteed if registered by May 31st

WAIVER RELEASE:
I waive and release Ross High School and clinic instructors involved from liability
from injuries during clinic participation. I hereby give my permission for
emergency medical treatment in the event that I cannot be reached.
